There are three ways we can work together:

Stock Plans. Leverage our experience,
and build your custom home from one of our existing plans. To adapt a specific
design to your locale and site, modifications may be needed (structural,
mechanical, environmental, building code, and personal preferences).

Modified Plans. Bungalows are about
personality— your personality. Most of our clients purchase stock plans as a
starting point, then add their own touches. The cost of modifying a base
plan can vary depending on the extent of the changes, we are happy to
speak with you about the costs, give us a call or drop us an e-mail
anytime, once we have had a chance to speak we will create a custom fee
proposal based on your wish list of modifications.

Custom Plans. If your home site
or imagination is beyond the scope of our base plans, then we’re ready
to help design your dream.
